FRI-SUN – Folklore says that fairies return to their favorite gardens on May Day! Visitors strolling in Lakewold Gardens forFairyfest will find evidence of their return. Enjoy art, music, dance, storytelling, fairy princesses and much more!
FRI-SUN – Viking festivities last from early morning to late at night. Parties with family and friends featuring traditional food, drinks and traditional Norwegian costumes.
BALLARD JAZZ FESTIVAL
WED-SAT – World class musicians, Brotherhood of the Drum, Guitar Summit, and The Ballard Jazz Walk all lead up toSaturday’s Mainstage Concert.
ARMED FORCES DAY
SAT – Visit Lewis-McChord base and enjoy a carnival, military displays, historical reenactments, and kids activities! Free admission.
SAT-SUN – A splendiferous variety show centered around magical music with a rotating cast of eccentric performers. Each show is completely different—from burlesque to drag to circus to magic—you never know what you’re going to see.
SAT – A free event for pet lovers and a special day for your four-legged family member or other furry friend. Featuring an animal-related entertainment stage, the K9 Kings High Flying Dog Show, flydog and agility demos, all-Alaskan racing pigs, pony rides, Mud Bay’s Northwest Pet Contest, an agility area, over 150 vendor booths, adoptions, low-cost animal services, giveaways and lots of activities to keep both humans and pets entertained.

SAT – Seattle’s hottest bands, some of the best local breweries, and award winning food trucks make this an event you won’t want to miss!
HERB & FOOD FAIR
SAT – A free festival that brings thousands of visitors to the Kenmore campus. With gardens blooming and the campus forest buzzing with new life, it’s a great time to soak up spring colors and learn about the endless uses of plants. The theme for this year’s event is “Plant as Partners: grow, adapt, transform.”
UNIVERSITY DISTRICT STREET FAIR
SAT-SUN – Celebrate the 48th Anniversary of the longest running street fair in the US. We will be bringing together the best in local arts & crafts, music, and food. So get ready for an amazing weekend at the U District street fair.
FRI-SUN – The bard’s famous tale of temptation, betrayal and lust for power is brought to life as performed by a cast of eight actors portraying a total of twenty-six characters.
Through June 4 – A woman hiding in a convent helps her fellow sisters find their voices as she discovers her own. Sister Actis the feel-good musical comedy smash based on the hit 1992 film that has audiences jumping to their feet.

Through SUN – A Mel Brooks musical based around the character of Max Bialystock, a down and out Broadway producer whose latest work flopped on opening night.
A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM
Through SUN – Four lovers cross spotlights with squabbling supernaturals and a bumbling rube, creating backstage comic chaos. The fairy Puck sorts it out before the act gets the hook, leaving us with a show stopper that brings down the house.
FIRE STATION 7
Through SUN – This hilarious new musical comedy for all ages seamlessly integrates the seven rules of fire safety in a rock n’ roll performance, and is both educational and entertaining.
MURDER FOR TWO
Through June 11 – A drop-dead funny murder mystery musical with a twist: one actor investigates the crime; the other plays all the suspects—and they both play the piano!
Through May 28 – A brand new, family friendly extravaganza from the creative team at Can Can Kitchen & Cabaret. This show combines history with high-kicks, culinary delicacies with world-class cabaret, providing a tour of the historic Pike Place Market.
MONA LISA HEIST
All Month – 165th Ave, Redmond: Take part in the most famous heist of the 20th century! An amazing adventure in the Louvre. Go through the security room, deactivating clever alarms and security systems. Get to the exhibit hall filled with ancient artifacts and paintings. Finally, steal the main exhibit piece, The Mona Lisa! Can you complete this mission in less than 60 minutes?
